Here’s how information is used when you create with Reelaility.

Your account

Your email and account details are used to sign you in and connect you to your credits, orders and videos. Account sign-in is provided through Supabase. Your email is also used for account recovery and order or payment updates.

Account and welcome-offer protection

We use an essential security cookie, request limits and keyed hashes of email addresses, browser identifiers and network addresses to help prevent automated signups and repeated welcome-gift claims. This cookie lasts up to 180 days. Welcome-offer security records are kept with the promotion records to prevent repeat claims; raw network addresses are not stored in those records. Shared devices or networks may need a manual review through support. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated activity on account forms.

Photos, instructions and videos

Photos, clips and instructions you submit are stored with your order and sent to our AI generation provider, Higgsfield, to create your video. Your finished video and order information are available through your account. Treat private order links as confidential: anyone you share a private link with may be able to view that order.

Reel Rumble character references

If you add a fighter name, that name may be sent to Wikipedia to look for a character or artwork reference. Photos, account details and email addresses are not included in that lookup. Clear matches and their source links are saved with the order and may inform the AI instructions. Unclear matches and real-person biographies are not used; we create original arena-themed abilities instead. A search result does not establish copyright ownership or permission.

Payments

Card details are entered through Stripe’s checkout. Reelaility keeps payment references, cloud purchase records and a credit ledger to manage your balance, orders and payment enquiries.

Support and data questions

Support requests include the name, email, message and order reference you provide. To ask about your information or request account or content deletion, contact support. Please don’t send passwords or card details.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use basic first-party analytics to understand which pages and steps are useful. We record a random, pseudonymous browser-session identifier, page category, interaction type, broad traffic source, device category and time. We do not include your photos, prompts, name, email, IP address or private order links in analytics records.

A session identifier is stored in this browser tab. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days, with expired records removed as tracking requests arrive. Signed-in owner activity and obvious automated traffic are excluded. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control where enabled.

Optional analytics stay off until you accept. Your choice is saved on this browser for 180 days using local storage. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes the analytics session identifier from this tab; it does not delete previously collected records. Essential storage for sign-in, payments and your privacy choice continues to work.

Changing this setting does not affect ordering or generation.
