A few words.
A better AI video brief.
You do not need a shot list. Tell us who or what the video is about, what should happen and how it should feel. Here are five starting points for birthday raps, singing greetings, product ads and video swaps.
By Reelaility · Updated 16 October 2026Person or product. Occasion or goal. One detail.
“Dad’s birthday, fishing, funny rap” gives Greetings enough to develop an original story and lyrics. Marketing needs the actual product and one clear message. Reel Rumble needs two character ideas and a defining trait for each.
What happens to your words?
Greetings expands a short brief by default. Marketing builds a story around your chosen template and brand. Reel Rumble develops cinematic choreography from your characters and their signature abilities. The examples below are illustrative directions, not promises of identical generated shots.
Compare the three studiosA birthday rap for Dad
Dad’s 50th birthday. Loves fishing and terrible jokes. Funny rap, warm family ending.Example brief. Replace these details with your own.Make a birthday rap
How the idea can develop
The fishing detail can become a visual surprise, the birthday anchors the verse, and the last line brings it back to the family. One connected idea gives the film more personality than a list of unrelated effects.
Photos to prepare
Upload Dad first as the birthday star. Add a family member separately if you want an on-screen performer; with one person, the default vocals are off-screen.
Before you start
Only include 50th if that age is correct. Choose Rap to make the delivery explicit.
A warm singing greeting
Happy birthday, Maya. She loves the beach. A gentle song, sunset colours, from all of us.Example brief. Replace these details with your own.Create a singing greeting
How the idea can develop
The beach guides the setting and melody’s mood. A simple arrival, a small surprise and a final shared moment give the song a beginning, middle and end.
Photos to prepare
Choose clear, well-lit face photos without filters or sunglasses. Upload each person separately so the references do not become a mixed identity.
Before you start
Use familiar details, not a full life story. Choose Singing and Warm & heartfelt.
A small-business product ad
Our handmade ceramic mug, for slow morning coffees. Show its speckled glaze and curved handle. Warm kitchen light. No price or discount.Example brief. Replace these details with your own.Create a product ad
How the idea can develop
A close detail can open the film, an everyday coffee moment gives the object context, and a settled product composition provides the ending. The brief names visible features without inventing a performance claim.
Photos to prepare
Upload the actual mug from clear angles and add your logo separately. Avoid a busy background that hides its shape or packaging.
Before you start
Check the generated product, logo and spoken claims before posting. Use 9:16 for a vertical social video.
A straightforward creator-style introduction
Introduce our new cotton T-shirt. Show the front print and relaxed fit. Casual delivery. Do not claim you bought or wore it before.Example brief. Replace these details with your own.Explore creator-style ads
How the idea can develop
The presenter can introduce the item and show details in a natural sequence. A creator-style introduction does not need a fabricated customer review to make its point.
Photos to prepare
Provide the garment photos. Use the optional presenter uploads if you want yourself or another consenting person as the lead.
Before you start
Select a creator-style template. Supply any factual product claims yourself; do not ask for invented results or endorsements.
A showdown with personality
A cocky crocodile tradie versus a precise robot chef. The crocodile is known for brute strength and concrete. The chef controls blazing heat.Example brief. Replace these details with your own.Create a cinematic battle
How the idea can develop
Each character trait inspires a distinct signature move. The location shapes the choreography, with an opening clash, reversal and a complete cinematic finish.
Photos to prepare
Upload an authorised image for each fighter and enter their names. Choose an arena; its visual style carries through both characters and the battle.
Before you start
Keep the cast to two original characters. Choose 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds, then a winner, draw or surprise ending.
Keep an exact message.
In Greetings, select Use only my exact words and type just the spoken or sung message. This requests no added lines, lyrics or spoken outro. The visual story and instrumental music can still develop around it.
Happy birthday, Dad. We love you.Exact-message example. Keep production directions out of this field when using the exact-word option.
What makes a brief harder to follow?
- Too many ideas: one clear story is easier to fit into 15 to 30 seconds than several locations and unrelated surprises.
- Conflicting requests: choose between a gentle song and an aggressive rap, or explain which section should use each mood.
- Missing facts: provide the real age, name, product details and any offer. Do not expect the generator to know them.
- Unclear references: use a clear photo per person and separate product, logo and presenter uploads.
