How your Hopes & Dreams work

Cloud tokens are your Hopes & Dreams credits. One cloud has A$0.50 of base generation value; larger packs include bonus clouds. Use your cloud credits across Reelaility. Each video’s credit cost depends on the model and duration. Credits are deducted once when generation starts. A confirmed failed video job returns its credits automatically; character preparation issues and quality concerns go to our support team. Credits cannot be transferred or cashed out. Refund requests are reviewed through Contact us; your statutory rights are unaffected.
